Products & Craftsmanship
Each Don Carboni piece is handcrafted. Slight variations in carbon fiber texture, leather grain, hardware finish, and stitching are inherent to the craftsmanship and are not considered defects. Photography is representative; minor differences in color and finish may occur. Don Carboni reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit any product or collection at any time.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Don Carboni reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed.

Payment must be received in full prior to fulfillment. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Order Acceptance
Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Don Carboni reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inventory limitations, or pricing errors.

Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. Don Carboni is not liable for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring in transit.

Returns & Refunds
All purchases are governed by the Return & Refund Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including but not limited to the Don Carboni name, logo, product designs, photography, copy, and visual identity — is the exclusive property of Don Carboni LLC and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
