Shipping Policy
Each Don Carboni piece is prepared with care and dispatched from our atelier with the attention its craftsmanship deserves.

Processing
Orders are processed within three to five (3–5) business days following confirmation of payment. During launch periods, holidays, or limited releases, processing may require additional time. You will receive tracking details by email upon dispatch.

Domestic Shipping
Within the United States, orders are shipped via insured courier with signature confirmation. Estimated transit time is three to seven (3–7) business days following dispatch. Complimentary shipping is offered on all domestic orders.

International Shipping
Don Carboni ships to select international destinations. Estimated transit time is seven to fourteen (7–14) business days following dispatch, subject to customs clearance. International rates are calculated at checkout.
The recipient is the importer of record and bears full responsibility for any duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. Don Carboni is not responsible for delays arising from customs inspection or local courier handling.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be issued upon dispatch. Please allow up to twenty-four (24) hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.

Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. Don Carboni is not liable for loss, theft, misdelivery, or damage occurring in transit. Claims must be directed to the carrier of record.

Address Accuracy
The purchaser is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Don Carboni is not liable for delays, returned shipments, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. Re-shipment of returned parcels is subject to additional charges.

Undelivered Parcels
Parcels returned to Don Carboni due to failed delivery, refusal, or unclaimed status will be subject to a re-shipping fee. Refunds are not offered for undelivered parcels under these circumstances.
