Refund policy

All sales at Don Carboni are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.


Order Confirmation
Orders are reviewed within twenty-four (24) hours of placement. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@doncarboni.com within this window. Beyond this period, no cancellations will be honored.


Damaged or Defective Goods
Should your piece arrive with a verifiable manufacturing defect or transit damage, written notice — accompanied by photographic evidence — must be submitted to info@doncarboni.com within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery. Claims beyond this window will not be considered.
Upon review, Don Carboni reserves sole discretion to authorize repair, replacement, or store credit. Refunds are not offered.


Conditions Not Covered
Ordinary wear, exposure to moisture, heat, or chemicals, improper storage, mishandling, unauthorized alteration or repair, and the natural evolution of materials over time. Carbon fiber texture, hardware, and leather components may develop a patina through use; this is intrinsic to the material and not considered a defect.


Shipping & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. Don Carboni is not liable for loss, theft, or damage occurring in transit. Claims must be directed to the carrier.


Unauthorized Returns
Merchandise returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
